Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) on receipt of payment. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all UK orders are delivered by 48 Hour Tracked Courier from either DPD or Evri. This service does not require a signature, but does allow both you and ourselves to track the whereabouts of an item in transit and to confirm that delivery has been made.

Local Delivery and Collection options are available. We offer a free delivery service within a 4 mile radius of our head office at Ironworks Business Centre, Bankside, Falkirk, FK2 7XF.

You can also opt to collect your order from our head office and ask that you provide 24hours notice to ensure we can let you know the best time and location to collect. Collection hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Delivery outside the UK will be effected by a courier tracked service from either Royal Mail, DHL or UPS. Whilst the amount paid at the checkout to deliver the goods to your stated delivery address is likely to be accurate, in some circumstances we may require an additional payment to be made to deliver to hard-to-reach locations. This payment reflects the surcharge applied by couriers to deliver to such destinations.
